Antoni Gaudí – the most important Catalan architect of all times had a major influence on Barcelona and its city layout; and his “footprints” can be seen everywhere. This interesting tour will give you the possibility to follow Gaudí’s footsteps visiting two of his most important buildings: the Sagrada Familia and Casa Milà (“La Pedrera”).
Sagrada Familia, the “Church of the Holy Family”, is Gaudí’s masterpiece “par excellence”, and even though he could not finish it during lifetimes – it is still not finished yet – it is the most emblematic building of the city, the Eiffel tower of Barcelona. Eventually you will visit Gaudí’s 2nd masterpiece Casa Milà, known by the locals as “La Pedrera” (the stone quarry), an extraordinary modernist building also listed on UNESCO’s list of World Heritage.
To end this cultural visit, a cup of hot chocolate will be served at the fabulous Cafeteria of La Pedrera!
