Once you have done the payment and completed the order, you will receive an automated confirmation email with all practical information and instructions included. It is pretty simple: just choose your experience, click on “Add to Basket”, and complete your order by doing the payment via Paypal or credit card. Once you have done the payment and completed the order, you will receive an automated confirmation email with all practical information and instructions included, and that’s it! Now you just need to print the email which is your voucher and come to Barcelona and enjoy your experience at its best!
You can but don’t need to register and create an account – we recommend to create an account if you are thinking about coming back to Barcelona, but again there is no obligation whatsoever.
Yes, of course! The voucher is non-personal, which means you can use it the way you want: either for yourself, or for your friends, colleagues or partners you’d like to invite.
Yes, this is possible within the time limits of our general conditions: up to maximum fourteen (14) natural days after your purchase, and until minimum seven (7) natural days before event day. For more information, please read the section “Terms & Conditions” of this website.
Unfortunately, your voucher can’t be changed, but you can cancel it within the time limits of our general conditions, and purchase a new voucher. You can also add more participants to your experience by simply purchasing an additional voucher. For more information on the time limits for cancellation, please read the section “Terms & Conditions” of this website.
Upon checkout in our cart, you can choose between paying your experience per Paypal if you have a Paypal account, or per credit card, both on the external Paypal server. In special cases, we can also accept a bank transfer to our bank account in Spain, in this case please get in contact with our office first. All payments need to be done in Euros, which is the only currency we can accept.
Credit card payments on our website are chanelled through the secure Paypal server, where all major credit cards such as American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro etc. are accepted, depending on your country of residence.
Yes all our prices are inclusive of VAT taxes, according to the Spanish fiscal regulations and laws on this subject. For EU citizens who wish to claim back VAT taxes, the EU Directive 112/2006/EC is legally valid.
Once you have settled payment, you will receive automatically a confirmation email, with an attached receipt as a PDF. This receipt is not an official invoice even though contains all our fiscal data and in many cases is sufficient. If however it is not sufficient and you need an official invoice, please get in contact with our office and we will set it up and send through to you separately, after the experience took place.
Yes, if you are a party of minimum 12 people. Depending on the experience you are interested in, the date you are looking at and the number of people you are, we can offer smaller or larger discounts for groups – please contact our office for concrete information.
Yes, some of our experiences are especially Corporate-friendly. Please contact our office and we will send you a detailed offer for your needs. Please indicate as many details as possible (number of people, preferred date and time, budget at disposal, more active/cultural experience etc.) so we can set up the right offer for you.
Yes, we are a fully licensed travel agency in Spain and have complete information and consequently all possibilities to get you the right accommodation, restaurant reservations, transportation, hostesses, AV material, production, catering and further logistical services.
Our experiences only include basic liability insurance that protects you from damages to Third Parties. This is why we strongly recommend additional, personal accident and health insurances for cases of injuries etc. Please check with your home insurance company before travelling to Barcelona that you are fully covered.
